The breakup of a marriage can
be an extremely traumatic experience. The
separation may be even more pronounced when
children, particularly minors, are involved.
Sensitive issues such as custody, support and
visitation must also be carefully considered and
properly dealt with.
The emotional issues inherent
in the breakup are, unfortunately, just one of
the difficulties facing parties going their
separate ways. Financial issues, such as the
equitable distribution of marital property must
also be handled in a fair, delicate manner.
Our office is keenly aware of the difficult
issues facing families during this troubling
time. As a result, our goal is to make the
transition as painless, fair and judicious as
possible. We fight hard to protect our clients’
rights, making sure that they get what they
deserve, both in terms of property and custody.
Because every marital breakup is unique, there’s
no guarantee what the outcome will be, or how
long it will take to resolve every issue. What
we do guarantee, however, is a commitment to
resolving the breakup and relative issues in as
short a timeframe as possible. This will, in
addition to saving our client’s money and
further emotional strife, enable them to start a
new chapter in their lives.
Call us. We do care. |
